At CASA DELLA PASTA restaurants, you will be responsible for:

– Ensuring smooth and high-quality guest service, compliance with service and production quality standards;
– Ensuring maintenance of order and cleanliness in the workplace;
– Solving supply and sales problems arising in the restaurant’s operations;
– Preparation of reports and other documentation, inventory taking;
– Ensuring the achievement of departmental results;
– GHPT knowledge;
– Organization of personnel work, quality assurance and control, preparation of work schedules;
– Finding and recruiting, training, educating and motivating employees.
